True Mind Treasure<br />

True Mind Treasure brings new awareness <strong>to</strong> your true mind <strong>and</strong> the emotions held there as it opens<br />

<strong>and</strong> activates the major energy pathways related <strong>to</strong> digestion <strong>and</strong> elimination, improving the overall<br />

function of those physical systems.<br />

1. Rub your h<strong>and</strong>s <strong>to</strong>gether vigorously <strong>to</strong> charge them.<br />

2. Assume the Tiger Claws Open position with your h<strong>and</strong>s. Use these open claws <strong>to</strong> tap on your<br />

belly, alternating h<strong>and</strong>s, starting at your solar plexus (the tender spot just beneath your breast<br />

bone in your upper belly) <strong>and</strong> then moving <strong>to</strong> your left in a clockwise motion underneath your<br />

breasts <strong>and</strong> down the side of the belly until you reach just above your pubic bone, <strong>and</strong> then<br />

working up the right side of the belly, continuing back up <strong>to</strong> the solar plexus, breathing deeply as<br />

you make this circuit.<br />

3. After a few complete passes, start <strong>to</strong> increase the perimeter of the circle. As you move down,<br />

actually tap on the surface of the pubic bone itself. Be prepared <strong>to</strong> feel pleasurable sensations! If<br />

you feel sensual feelings rising up inside you, let them fly free! Don’t try <strong>to</strong> curtail or repress<br />

them. Rather than trying <strong>to</strong> “stem the tide,” let the waves roll in, <strong>and</strong> breathe those lovely<br />

sensations right up in<strong>to</strong> your brain, which in turn, will make your s<strong>to</strong>mach feel even better. As<br />

you circle your s<strong>to</strong>mach, make sure you keep breathing deeply <strong>and</strong> smoothly.<br />

4. Take five passes, <strong>and</strong> when you’re done, shake out your h<strong>and</strong>s <strong>to</strong> release the stagnant chi you’ve<br />

liberated.<br />

Riding the Roller Coaster<br />

Riding the Roller Coaster opens <strong>and</strong> unblocks the central channel, sending signals that new chi can<br />

flow freely, enhancing emotional awareness, <strong>and</strong> improving digestion <strong>and</strong> assimilation.<br />

2. Breathe deeply <strong>and</strong> sense what you are feeling as you tap this area. Don’t be surprised if you start<br />

<strong>to</strong> feel a kind of mild giddiness or anxiety, a feeling akin <strong>to</strong> riding a roller coaster on the<br />

downswing. The solar plexus is the seat of our emotions, <strong>and</strong> you may be tuning in<strong>to</strong> feelings<br />

you’ve long been avoiding, as though you were revisiting the very events that may have initiated<br />

their pilgrimage here in the first place.<br />

3. Continue tapping the upper section of your Middle Elixir Field for five breath cycles. As you<br />

inhale, silently think, “I am bringing new life-giving chi <strong>and</strong> love in<strong>to</strong> my true mind.” As you
