As the speed of any particular chakra is increased, the life force of that particular chakra becomes<br />
stronger <strong>and</strong> more directed, moving from your center outward <strong>to</strong> your extremities, <strong>and</strong> the kundalini<br />
energy s<strong>to</strong>red at the base of the spine is urged <strong>to</strong> travel up the spine. The Tibetan Rites are similar <strong>to</strong><br />
our <strong>Unleash</strong> <strong>and</strong> Transform practice, but here you can access <strong>and</strong> distribute kundalini shakti in a<br />
shorter amount of time.<br />
Not only can the series produce an internal wellspring of health <strong>and</strong> vitality, but it will also shape<br />

Judging by how my dashing men<strong>to</strong>r looked that memorable morning in Costa Rica, it’s true that you<br />
can turn back the h<strong>and</strong>s of time. Because each of the rites engages every muscle of the body, it<br />
produces a beautiful musculature that includes longer, leaner arms <strong>and</strong> legs <strong>and</strong> a well-defined<br />
abdominal core—not <strong>to</strong> mention the grace that comes from coordinating whole-body movements with<br />
breathing.<br />
The seven chakras influence not only how well <strong>and</strong> how long we live, but every aspect of who we<br />
are <strong>and</strong> how we experience life. Just as a massage can soothe an aching muscle or the right nutrient<br />
can stimulate a gl<strong>and</strong> <strong>to</strong> function well, practicing the Tibetan Rites balances <strong>and</strong> stimulates the<br />
chakras <strong>and</strong> encourages them <strong>to</strong> function at peak efficiency. When the Tibetan Rites are practiced<br />
regularly, they actually work so effectively <strong>to</strong> bring harmony <strong>and</strong> balance <strong>to</strong> the endocrine system that,<br />

Even though I know you may want <strong>to</strong> explore the “reinvigorated sexuality” benefit, I suspect that<br />
what’s really calling your name is finding your optimal weight—or adjusting your weight “set point.”<br />
Because the rites regulate hormone production, they improve metabolic function. This means better<br />
assimilation of nutrients, better sleep, <strong>and</strong> increased energy. As a result, you lose weight. You look<br />
better, look younger, feel younger, <strong>and</strong> act younger—because you are younger!<br />
In the process, your weight set point is lowered, perhaps even lower than it was in your youth,<br />
allowing your body <strong>to</strong> naturally release any extra weight you’ve been carrying around. This happens<br />
not only because your body’s subtle systems are stimulated, opened, <strong>and</strong> balanced, but because of the<br />
vigorous pace at which you perform the rites, with every muscle participating in the challenge. Add <strong>to</strong><br />
that the deep breathing you engage in while performing the rites, which circulates essential life energy
