Take us through a journey from designing to
manufacturing the watches.
That’s a fun ride. You first set out sketching a
rough idea of what you want the watch to
become, a dress watch, a diver, chronograph or
something else. After that, you spend a long
time just perfecting the initial idea and creating
something you really love. 3D design and
technical drawings are created and material is
sourced. Then comes the prototyping, and
there are lots of them. Small differences and
tweaks are played around with until; finally, the
watch is perfected. All the parts are then
manufactured and assembled, a final quality
control is made and the watches can then be
delivered to their awaiting customers.
That’s the, very concise, journey.
What’s the plan of expansion for the
company?
We actually just launched our smaller model in
the First series, the First 38. Aimed towards
both men and women, it’s a long awaited
addition to the series and we are very pleased
with it. It’s always exciting to see the reactions
of a new segment. The plan for the future is to
continue to follow our vision of becoming an
established watch brand; this will be acquired
through offering great watches with great
quality at a really good price. We have some
really exciting projects in the pipeline where
we are going a bit more into the premium
segment. I would highly recommend following

And what about you personally?
Well, honestly, it’s total focus on Tusenö, so no
big plans personally at the moment.
