CLASSIC + SPORTY
Swiss-made watches are famous for their craftsmanship, classic design
and their adaptability. It’s no surprise then, that the classic and the sporty
design are newly married and it's proven at this year's show as they made
a big splash.
Seculus’ Royal Marine Collection
highlights this match made in heaven by
their classic Swiss-made design paired
with the wearability factor.
The Edox Chronorally Chronograph is
one fine example to bring out the
incredible and innumerable properties
of the much sought-after material,
titanium.
STRONGER, LIGHTER, TITANIUM
Titanium was one of the most popular
materials used by almost all brands, big
and small. Also called the “engineering
metal”, titanium houses advantageous
properties like strength, hardness,
toughness, lightness, and durability. It
weighs half the weight of steel while
bringing in the same strength as that of
steel. Therefore, despite the size of the
watch, the use of titanium ensures the
watch feels light on the wrist. The only
disadvantage of using titanium is the
price that comes with it.
