The workshop has five specific sewing machine for sails,
the long arm ones, which allow to easily work on any part
of the fabric. Furthermore, it systematically stocks up of
the specific materials used for the standard series products:
state of the art ripstops, Dacron, bladders, monofilms,
laminates, seam threads, valves, strips and battens.
As far as the lines are concerned the workshop uses both
the ones of the related brands as well as their own product
specifically designed and tested which uses Kevlar
and exceptional state of the art unidirectional and prestretched
fibres.
MAIL ORDERS AND SHORT DELIVERY TIMES
"80% percent of our business is based on mail orders -
says Ennio - and we take orders from all over Italy as well
as from abroad, especially from Spain and England. Many
of our customers are schools, but also enthusiast riders
and athletes. Through our carriers network we can pick up
the item at the customer's, take it to the workshop, repair
it and re-deliver it within 7 - 10 days. The cost for a kite
repair work can vary from €40 in case of small damage
to €150 for a split in half kite. It gets back to new, both
in terms of sailing capacity and if one wants to re-sell on
the second-hand market. That's the difference between us
professionals and the classic handyman buddy who often
offers to repair equipment or even worse those small
repairmen, almost always improvised, who work on the
spots. Often our customers ask us to remedy the mistakes
of others. We guarantee our repair works, which are carried
out with precision machines subjected to testings.

SOON A NEW WORKSHOP IN TUSCANY
