The manuals shall include shop drawings, descriptive and technical data, maintenance and operating procedures, wiring diagrams, spare parts list, local supplier for spare parts, local service representatives, etc. Manuals shall be assembled in 2” (5 cm) black loose-leaf binders clearly identified as to their contents. b) Two sets of manufacturers recommended maintenance procedures for all architectural and interior design materials.
