ASSOCIATION SAMATO IBRADANSE<br />

It is an association created by Ibrahim<br />

BANGOURA who is the President, and two other<br />

people: Fabienne CROZ, Vice-President and<br />

Christian CAMARA. It is a non profit association<br />

born in Toulouse.<br />

The Association Samato Ibradanse is intended to promote the African culture.<br />

It offers courses of African dances of the West as well as courses of Afro-<br />

Remix on Toulouse and its surroundings. It also organizes courses of body<br />

expression during the holidays this Association's objective to help displaced<br />

children of the war, as well as the victims of war and children orphaned by<br />

Sierra Leone, Guinea and Gambia. It offers physical and sports activities,<br />

fitness and well-being for all.<br />

Why "Ibradanse"?<br />

"Ibradanse" an African-inspired dance combine humor, energy and<br />

friendliness. " The course is made in a spirit of joy, good mood, the aim being<br />

to romp to the music rhythms or African percussion. The course begins with<br />

the body preparation, learning the dance steps, the pace as well as the 'calls '.<br />

It was followed by a mini choreographic sequence that ends by relaxation. Its<br />

goal is to offer a space where you can mix all styles of dances dancers. It is<br />

about finding the joy and the pleasure of dancing even if it is not his job. Enjoy<br />

encounters with other people who share the same enthusiasm and maintain<br />

the conviviality in the happiness of dancing!<br />

The recommended outfits are flexible and lightweight clothes and a bottle of<br />

water. Wearing shoes is not necessary.<br />
