So when do <strong>you</strong> know if <strong>fasting</strong> is <strong>right</strong><br />

<strong>for</strong> <strong>you</strong> and which type of <strong>fasting</strong> is best?<br />

I recommend <strong>fasting</strong> when patients feel<br />

stuck with their health. They are eating<br />

<strong>right</strong>, exercising, taking supplements,<br />

getting adjusted and they still don’t feel<br />

well. That’s when <strong>you</strong> need to look at a<br />

<strong>fasting</strong>.<br />

It’s also a powerful tool <strong>for</strong> preventing<br />

or fighting cancer.


According to a study done out of the<br />

University of Southern Cali<strong>for</strong>nia,<br />

<strong>you</strong>r whole immune system will<br />

regenerate with a 3 day fast. At 3<br />

days, <strong>you</strong>r body starts producing<br />

stem cells. Stem cells are the repair<br />

cells of the body.<br />

Stem cells have been reported to be<br />

the cure <strong>for</strong> many diseases including<br />

Alzheimer’s, heart disease, joint<br />

recommend to my patients. I look at<br />

<strong>fasting</strong> like a muscle <strong>you</strong> need to<br />

exercise. So start with the first one,<br />

master that. Then move to the next<br />

one.<br />

Here are the 4 phases of <strong>fasting</strong><br />

that I coach my patients through.<br />

-Intermittent Fasting (13-15 hours<br />

without food)<br />

-Dinner to Dinner Fast (24 hours<br />

without food)<br />

-4-Day Bone Broth Fast<br />

-4-Day Water Fast
