Buffet Bonanza
Culinary delights await at Edge, which offers a Father’s
Day Dinner Buffet or Father’s Day Sunday
Champagne Brunch. Tuck into Edge’s special
rendition of traditional Rickshaw Noodles, a
simple dish of dry ban mian with simmered
pork belly and sous vide egg, served with
classic pork and anchovy soup broth. For the
meat-loving dad, dishes like the Balinese Ribs
Bakar and Porchetta with Pork Crackling will
satisfy. The extensive spread also includes
chilled seafood, fresh grills, carvings and
desserts. What’s more, all dads will receive a
complimentary glass of Tiger Draft Beer at the
Father’s Day Dinner Buffet.

and 18) is priced at $98 (adult) and $49 (child).
Father’s Day Sunday Champagne Brunch
(12pm, Jun 18) is priced at $228 (unlimited
Veuve Clicquot Rose Champagne, wine,
cocktails, beers, juices and soft drinks),
$208 (unlimited Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow
Label, wine, cocktails, beers, juices and soft
drinks) or $148 (free flow of soft drinks,
juices, coffee and tea) for adults, and $74
for children.
Asian Highlights
Specially crafted set menus at Hai Tien Lo
feature delicacies like the Double-boiled
Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest accompanied with
Stir-fried Egg White and Crab Meat, and
Braised Classic Australian Whole Abalone
with Sea Cucumber. Be spoilt for choice
when you order the Dim Sum Brunch
Buffet, with over 60 handcrafted a la carte
dishes such as Sautéed Prawns and Fresh
Clams in Chef’s Signature Homemade XO
Chilli Black Bean Sauce, Cantonese Sliced Barbequed
Pork Belly, and Chilled Boston Lobster with Fresh Fruit
Salad. No dim sum meal is complete without classics like
