We rank our reactions to movie news.
Tom Hardy is
Venom!
He has boarded the Spider-
Man spin-off, Venom,
where he plays the title
character, an alien parasite
that needs a human host
to survive, and in turn
gives its victim incredible
powers. Venom was previously
played by Topher Grace in
2007’s Spider-Man 3. The
new movie will be directed
by Zombieland’s Ruben
Fleischer and is slated for
October next year.
Zac Efron plays a different kind of lady killer!
The Baywatch star will play American serial killer Ted Bundy in the
psychological thriller called Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.
Bundy was executed in 1989 after confessing to murdering over 30
women between 1974 and 1978.
There’s a Mamma Mia
sequel in the works!
Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce
Brosnan and Colin Firth are set to reprise
their roles in the follow-up scheduled
for release next July. Meanwhile, ABBA’s
accountants are singing ‘Money, Money,
Money’…
Resident Evil is
getting a reboot!
Already? Turns out the
last instalment, Final
Chapter, released just
in February, isn’t that
final after all. No word
on who’s directing the
latest round of zombieslayings
or whether if it’s
connected to the original
six movies starring Milla
Jovovich. Great, we wept
for no reason.
