breakup. She even asks<br />
if he can salvage his<br />
relationship with Shaoyuan.<br />
Huilan is troubled when<br />
Shaoyuan rejects Shen<br />
Minzi’s suggestion about<br />
overseas studies.<br />
Qiuci bumps into Zhenxi<br />
at his office. She reveals<br />
that she had come to return<br />
money to Huilan, and yet the<br />
latter gave her another 300<br />
million won.<br />
Manager Chi suggests<br />
Huilan get rid of Xianyu.<br />
Huilan is of the opinion that<br />
they do not have to resort to<br />
such extreme measures.<br />
Duoyuan goes back to<br />
her mother’s home to stay<br />
for a week. Shaoyuan is so<br />
haggard as a result of being<br />
ill that Duoyuan calls Zhenxi<br />
and lambastes him for the<br />
breakup.<br />
At the hospital, Zhenxi<br />
overhears Huilan telling<br />

Zhenxi starts to have<br />
doubts about Shen<br />

Shaoyuan’s and Huilan’s<br />
toothbrushes and sends<br />
these items for a DNA test.<br />
Qiuci happily announces<br />
that she is going to make<br />
arrangements for a wedding<br />
shoot for Xianyu and<br />
Shaoyuan.<br />
Unable to stop Zhenxi<br />
from revealing Shaoyuan’s<br />
true parentage, Huilan<br />
threatens to kill herself. He<br />
has no choice but to give in.<br />
Chairman Cui does<br />
not believe Shaoyuan and<br />
Zhenxi have broken up. Her<br />
desire to get Yixian married<br />
to Zhenxi diminishes.<br />
She decides to let Huilan<br />
succeed her.<br />
Yixian still hopes<br />
Chairman Cui will change<br />
her mind before Huilan<br />
officially becomes the<br />
chairman in a month.<br />
Meanwhile, she tries to<br />
make Zhenxi give up on<br />
Shaoyuan.<br />
Peeved at how Huilan is<br />
able to sacrifice Shaoyuan<br />
for power, Zhenxi decides to<br />
contend with Huilan for the<br />
chairman’s position.<br />
Xianyu shows no<br />
improvement in spite<br />
of therapy. The doctor<br />
suggests his family be more<br />
encouraging. Shaoyuan<br />
agrees to the wedding photo<br />
shoot for Xianyu’s sake.<br />
Chairman Cui is<br />
overjoyed when Zhenxi<br />
moves into her house. He<br />
makes it clear to Huilan<br />
that he is not going to let<br />
her become the chairman.<br />
He tells her she is not fit to<br />
be CE Group’s chairman, nor<br />
Shaoyuan’s mother.<br />
WED JUNE 7<br />
7pm Episodes 61 & 62<br />
Chairman Cui praises<br />
Huilan in front of Zhenxi.<br />
She claims Huilan is an<br />
innocent woman who<br />
endured hardship raising<br />
her stepdaughter and<br />
son. Zhenxi is indifferent;<br />
Yixian sneers. Huilan feels<br />
uneasy.<br />
Xianyu seems to<br />
remember seeing Manager<br />
Chi on the day of the<br />
accident. When Manager Chi<br />
denies being present, Xianyu<br />
thinks he is mixed-up.<br />
Xianyu contracts<br />
pneumonia and faints. He<br />
is warded in the ICU in a<br />
critical condition.<br />
Zhenxi tells Chairman<br />
Cui he wants to be the next<br />
chairman. He wants to repay<br />
her for helping his father<br />
by helming CE Group and<br />
expanding the business. He<br />
also expresses his wish to<br />
date Yixian.<br />
To prevent Yixian and<br />
Zhenxi from joining forces,<br />
Huilan hatches a plan to<br />
reconcile Shaoyuan and<br />
Zhenxi.<br />
Xixian cannot imagine<br />
the consequences, should<br />
Xianyu remember the<br />
accident. Not wanting<br />
Duoyuan to find out about<br />
his wrongdoing, he sadly<br />
asks for a divorce.<br />
Yixian prevents Zhenxi<br />
from finding out Xianyu is<br />
seriously ill. She claims<br />
Zhenxi’s mother has bought<br />
air-tickets for them to fly to<br />
US in three days’ time.<br />
Xianyu wakes up.<br />
Jianyu shows him the<br />
wedding photos taken with<br />
Shaoyuan. He tells Xianyu<br />
to rest well so that he can<br />
recover and have a real<br />
wedding.<br />
Xianyu wants to see<br />
Zhenxi. Shaoyuan calls<br />
Zhenxi but it is Yixian who<br />
answers the phone. She<br />
warns Shaoyuan not to<br />
disturb Zhenxi again.<br />
Xianyu holds Shaoyuan’s<br />
hands. He urges her to live<br />
her life and not to worry<br />
about him and his family.<br />
He wants to meet Chairman<br />
Cui.<br />
Huilan orders Manager<br />
Chi to use every means<br />
possible to prevent Xianyu<br />
from seeing Chairman Cui.<br />
With his last breath,<br />
Xianyu sends a voice<br />
message to Zhenxi. Before<br />
Manager Chi can harm<br />
Xianyu, he has already<br />
stopped breathing.<br />
Chairman Cui does<br />
not make it in time to see<br />
Xianyu. She informs Zhenxi<br />
about Xianyu’s demise.<br />
Qiuci wants Shaoyuan to<br />
receive guests at the funeral<br />
as part of the Zhang family.<br />
Jianyu insists Shaoyuan and<br />
Xianyu are already divorced,
