Wednesday, June 7th
Read - Numbers 8:5-18
• Dedication - When I look around me, I see people dedicated to all kinds of things: sports, jobs, academics, music,
and more. It takes sacrifice to be dedicated. One person I recognize as someone who is dedicated is:
Numbers 8:5-7
• The Levites were ceremonially cleansed. What is one thing that clutters my life, keeping me distracted from following
God fully?
• Write a step to deal with that clutter.
Numbers 8:8, 12
• Today, we do not have to offer animal sacrifices to remove the guilt of our
sins. Instead, Who is the sacrifice for my my sin? (Hint: 1Peter 1:19)
• I can't be dedicated to God’s way if I have not accepted His sacrifice for my
sin and guilt. Have I done that? Yes No
Numbers 8:9-11,13
I will ask my pastor/bible study leader about this.
I will pause and thank God for His sacrifice for my sin and guilt
now.
• The Levites’ lives were presented and offered to God for His service. Have I
ever turned my life over to God for His use?
Yes, I want to be used in His service.
No, I have never thought about that before.
I have turned over a lot of my life, but still hold back some areas.
• Talk to God about any areas that need turning over to Him now.

• Some people have the privilege of serving God in a full-time capacity. As far as my future occupation:
My mind is made up. I know what I want.
I am open to God’s plans, but don’t know what they are.
I have an idea what God wants, and am working toward that.
Future? I haven’t thought that far ahead.
• One person working for God who serves me is:

• I will support what they are doing, or encourage them by:
