The <strong>UC</strong> <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Cruz</strong> Foundation is a nonpr<strong>of</strong>it, all-volunteer organization<br />

formed in 1974 <strong>to</strong> support the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>California</strong>, <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Cruz</strong>.<br />

In close <strong>partners</strong>hip with <strong>UC</strong>SC’s chancellor, faculty, and staff, the<br />

Foundation encourages and accepts private gifts <strong>to</strong> address critical<br />

campus needs not met by state funds.<br />
