Besides, due to the recent Order on a Motion to strike Appellant will, need more time to, reorganize the materials for the filing of his corrected initial brief and appendix. 6. Furthermore, Appellant would like for this Honorable Court Judges to consider the following 'unfavorable' delay that lapses for Appellant to receive legal correspondence by U.S. mail in this matter. For example, the recent Appeals Court Order filed and postmarked on 01/29/2016, it arrived to Tampa on 02/01/2016 and was picked up by Appellant on 02/05/2016. 7. Moreover, the extensiveness of the docket overwhelms me and its time consuming. 8. Also, consider the fact that, I am not an attorney though a justice and truth seeker. Appellant is not school on law. 9. Accordingly, the Appellant is requesting an extra thirty (30) days extension in which to file his corrected reply brief and supplemental Appendix. 10. On February 11, 2016, Appellant contacted Appellees' Attorney over the phone and they do not oppose to this motion of extension of time request.

Neither party will be prejudice by the Court's granting this thirty (30) days extension of time. 12. Finally, Appellant has been dealing with, painful, Dental health issues that caused him not to be able to progress on his appeal work. Moreover, Appellant is schedule for three dental care appointments for the month of March WHEREFORE, Pro Se Appellant Carlos Ramirez respectfully and humble requests this Honorable Appeal Court to grant Appellant's thirty (30) days extension in which to file his corrected reply Brief and supplemental Appendix.
