You’ve all heard about how scary the mamba is. Well I did to and that
did not make my fear any better. I’ve heard from almost everybody that no
ride was scarier than the mamba, and I believed the rumors. The
Line seemed to take an eternity and being scared wasn’t helpIng. when It
Finally came time to ride I felt queasy. The ride started to take off and I
dIdn’t even have to say or think anything before, “voush!” the cart
started screaming down the track over and over. After the ride was
finally over I felt so accomplished.

7 years back was my first day of kindergarten and like most kids I had no idea what
was going on. I had no friends and when I came time for recess I hadn’t made any. And
out of the corner of my eye I saw a kid just like me who didn’t know anyone. I sat down
with him and we kept talking for the whole recess. Little did I know that this kid would later
be my best friend for the next four years. When he moved I was devastated but we knew
we would stay in touch.

also make exercise easier and give you that healthy glow.
2. Eat more fruits, Fruits can improve the way you live. They are full of many amazing vitamins
that can make your body stronger and healthier giving you that extra edge.
3. Exercise twice a week, keeping your body fit isn't just eating right. Exercising twice a week can
make you get healthy in a week
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, keeping your body hydrating is a no brainer, but what isn't is
know how much you need to drink. 8 glasses of water a day is the perfect amount of water to keep
your body in shape.
5. Eat bright colored food, an easy way to tell if a food is good for you is to look and see if it
looks colorful and filled with vitamins. Vitamins are essential to a growing and healthy body.
6. Cut out processed foods, Processed foods have so many chemicals that it’s just better to stay
with all natural foods. Even eating foods like store bought chicken may contain chemicals. 7. Avoid
trigger foods, Foods that make you want to keep eating are bad. Foods such as chips and fries are
perfect examples of trigger foods.
8. Breathe deeply, keeping air running through your body is a very easy things that can make a
very big difference.
9. Cut all soda/carbonated drinks, there are so many different kinds of fats in sodas, not to
mention how they are for your teeth.

Twice Baked Potato Recipe
Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a large bowl; save
skins. To the potato flesh add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup
cheese and 1/2 the green onions. Mix with a hand mixer until well blended and
creamy. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins.
Twice baked potatoes are a great family meal that even the kids will enjoy. It's a
fast easy and delicious meal great for any holiday. My family has been eating it for
years and your family should to. The seasoning mixed with the potatoes makes for

The Last Early Dismissal
A day of sadness began as the last early dismissal was upon us. The district
had decided to get rid of all early dismissals forever. As the day went on rumors
Spread of an ice cream social at the end of the day. The rumors were doubted but
as nobody expected the rumors were confirmed. The ice cream social happened
for all grade levels at the end of the day. It was vanilla ice cream widths so many
unlimited toppings. Everybody was overjoyed. The toppings were the most
delicious things ever. Overall I would say that is was a pretty nice last early
dismissal.
