I zipped through the air in joy with my hands grasping the metal bar and
dangling in the wind. Shooting through the air as if I were a bird I let go
with my hands letting my harness and the line take my weight. I saw the
end of the line and decided to start my wiggle to stop, but the problem was
I was much further from the end than it appeared. I stopped dead in my
tracks. Nothing but open line ahead of me. Scared, alone, 4000 feet above
the ground. All I could do now was climb.
There I was,Saint Barthélemy. The weather was perfect hot sunny but a dash of breeze
brushed up against my skin. As I strutted around the waterline feeling famous, a feeling of
sudden pleasure and accomplishment shot through my veins. I turned to make conversation with
mac. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted griffin and pointed him out to mac and on instinct we hustled
over to them to be greeted. The end of the week was here and all of the feelings that had overcame me
were now the opposite. Sadly, it was time to leave.

Plantar warts are warts on the bottom of the foot, the name, “Plantar Wart,” originates from the
word “Plantar,” meaning foot or foot pain. A plantar wart is generally formed from overuse of feet or
sweat build up infections. Plantar warts are yellow hard bumps that look abnormal on the foot. In most
cases they have black little seed like dots in them that can be picked out using tweezers which will
decrease inflammation and get rid of the wart but is painful. Plantar warts can be contagious but not
directly, lots of the time they are contracted from walking barefoot around pools or locker rooms. Plantar
warts can spread throughout the bottom of the foot but cannot reach other portions of your body. Plantar
warts are most common in children than adults, also those with HIV, or AIDS, have a higher risk of
forming plantar warts. Certain home remedies can be used for the removal of these painful warts, but in
some cases need medical attention. One way you can remove plantar warts uses a banana peel, garlic, a
plastic washer, a band aid, and lastly fabric tape.
Step 1: Take your plastic washer and cut a hole in your banana peel to fit snug inside of the washer.
Step 2: Sprinkle crushed garlic on the inside of the banana peel.
Step 3: Place the combination of the banana peel washer and garlic and place it on top of the wart with the
washer surrounding the wart on the outside.
Step 4: Carefully lay a band aid on top of the washer.
Step 5: Insure that the contraption will not come loose using fabric tape wrapped around the area of the
foot.
Step 6: Leave on for about a week.
Step 7: Squeeze the wart until the hardtop of the wart is removed.
Step 8: Put a new band aid over the open wart and wait for inflammation to decrease.
Who Knew?
Scorpions can hold their breath for
almost a whole week! Studies show that
this is possible because they don't need
oxygen to keep energy. They also have
I Survived Columbine
I melissa miller aged 15 survived columbine. I was in
the parking lot when i heard the first explosion. At first I
thought it was a firecracker, a senior prank. I looked back
to see two people in trench coats, Dylan Klebold and Eric
Harris. At that time i didn't know their names, but in the
halls they walked by and they scared me. Then they
opened fire, i saw the red all over the ground, i thought it
had to be paintballs. But then reality struck, it wasn't paint,
fear ran through my body and i ran to cover behind a
truck. I hid there for a good 10 minutes before making my
move. I ran across the parking lot and hopped a fence like
it was nothing. I then sprinted to a nearby house with an
open garage and called my mom. I will never forget that
day, in my heart it will last forever. In total 13 well
mannered good people were killed by Eric and Dylan. One
in which was my friend. I escaped with a few scrapes and
bruises on the outside but on the inside i was sliced and
stabbed and thrown
all over. Columbine
was the event that
changed my life.
Ingredients
● 2 bananas
● 2 cups of milk
● ½ cup of peanut butter
● 2 tablespoons of honey
● 2 cups of ice cubes
Steps
Step 1: put 2 bananas broken into chunks into the blender.
Step 3:add 2 tablespoons of honey.
Step 4: add ½ cup of peanut butter.
Step 5: add 2 cups of ice cubes.

i really liked this recipe because it's similar to a smoothie at smoothie king that i really like.
also the picture makes it look very appetizing. at first i thought that the peanut butter would get
caught on the blades and slow them. When i made it though, i found it was a rather easy blend
that did the trick! it was very flavourful and sweet but also had a hint of banana which was just
perfect.
Do Fidget Spinners Help You Concentrate?
Fidget spinners are advertised as stress relieving focusing tools. Yet
this is very wrong. Teachers claim that their a visual distracting to students
which is the main draw back on the product. The spinners are very fun, but
when somebody is trying to focus, it would be best to leave them alone.
Studies show that students actually focus more on the spinners because of
their flashy looks. These spinners may be beneficial for stress relieving
though. For somebody with adhd that must focus on a topic, fidgeting with
something less distracting is of better use.
