12 Chocolate Chip Cookies Made To Impress! Preparation time: 15 minutes Baking time: 12 minutes Ready in: 1 hour and 40 minutes Recipe by: Debbi Borsick http://allrecipes.com/recipe/15004/award-winning-soft-chocolate-chip-cookies/ Ingredients: 4 ½ cups of all purpose flour 2 teaspoons of baking soda 2 cups (4 sticks) of softened butter 1 ½ cups of packed brown sugar ½ cu of white sugar 2 (3.4 ounce) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 4 cups of chocolate chips 2 cups of chopped walnuts (optional, DO NOT USE IF A CONSUMER IS ALLERGIC) Directions: 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside. 2: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. 3: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown. This recipe is perfect for parties or just for any given time! These cookies are very fun to make and even more fun to eat! They go perfectly with a glass of milk. The secret ingredient (vanilla pudding) softens the cookies to the point where they melt in your mouth! These cookies are perfectly magnificent in every way! They have just enough chocolate and there is a slight buttery taste! 5 out 5 stars and 11/10 rating!
