we do a big Labor Day bash and we make $18,000,
we’ll donate 10% to what charity we are supporting
at that time.”
They have supported causes for LiFT Academy, The
Joshua House, local churches and the Indian Rocks
Food Pantry. “Every first Monday of the month is
Food Pantry Day where we give them 10% of what
we make that day.” Ken tells us.
You may be familiar with The Sitton Supreme,
which is made up of Applewood smoked bacon,
pepperoni, Cajun sausage, crimini mushrooms,
fresh spinach, red onion, fontina and fresh
mozzarella cheeses. But perhaps you don’t know
the story behind the pizza. “This is a fundraiser for
the family of a man who died in Afghanistan. He
left behind his wife and son. We were thinking of
ways of contributing to the family that would be
long lasting instead of a onetime charity event. So
we created a great pizza and when it sells, we
donate two dollars to this man’s son.”
The fundraiser has been amazing. With over 30,000
Sitton Supremes sold, Ken expects the final dollar
amount to be in the hundreds of thousands of
dollars as it will continue until the child reaches 18
years old.

“Every time I ate out and saw something on a menu
