is perhaps “Shave and a hair cut, two bits” popularized by bluegrass bands,<br />

but ragtime guitar offers an infinite variety of tags, too.<br />

Blind Blake, Reverend Gary Davis, or Mississippi John Hurt (info on Hurt can<br />
