If you are having challenges sleeping, there are<br />

several reasons for it.


✓Your adrenals are fatigued<br />

The adrenals secrete a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol gives you<br />

energy to handle a stressful event. Cortisol also plays an<br />

important role in balancing blood sugar. If your blood sugar gets<br />

low, your adrenals will kick in and release cortisol to elevate your<br />

blood sugar and prevent your brain from being deprived of the<br />

glucose it needs to function properly.


The solution: First, have a small amount of protein and good fat<br />

right before you go to bed. This will stabilize your blood sugar and<br />

not cause the adrenals to react at 2am. Next, take an adrenal<br />

supplement during the day and 5-HTP at before you go to bed.


✓Your gut is damaged<br />

Gut plays such a huge part in your overall health. The gut produces<br />

important neurotransmitters that cause you to relax and go to sleep.<br />

One of those neurotransmitters is called GABA.<br />

GABA tells your body to relax. If the microbiome of your gut is out of<br />

balance, meaning you have more bad bacteria than good, you will not<br />
