Foot Strengthening Exercise - This exercise is used to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the foot and increasing metatarsal stability. It strengthens and redevelops the neuromuscular interactions between the intrinsic muscles of the foot (Flexor Digitorum Brevis, Abductor Hallucis, Abductor Minimi, Lumbricals, Flexor Hallucis Brevis, Adductor Hallucis, and the Flexor Digiti Minimi Brevis muscles).Great exercise with a slight variation on the standard towel exercise.
