Stage 6: Quantitation and Normalization
ABOUT THIS STAGE
During this stage, you will prepare three independent dilutions of
each PCR product in optical plates. You will then quantitate the
diluted PCR products and average the OD measurements from each
plate.
Once the concentration of each reaction is determined, you will
normalize each reaction to 2 µg/µL in RB Buffer.

- Quantitation: 1 hour
- Normalization: 1 hour
