48 GeneChip ® <strong>Mapping</strong> <strong>500K</strong> Assay Manual<br />

The following reagents are required for this stage. Refer to<br />

Appendix A, Reagents, Equipment, and Consumables Required for 96-Well<br />

Plate Protocol for vendor and part number information. The amounts<br />

listed are sufficient to process one full 96-well reaction plate.<br />

2.0 mL AccuGENE® Water, molecular biology-grade<br />

To help ensure the best results, carefully read the information below<br />

before you begin this stage of the protocol.<br />

• The same team or individual operator should not perform Nsp 1 and<br />

Sty 1 digestion reactions on the same day.<br />

Positive Controls<br />

Reference Genomic DNA 103 can be used as a positive control. It is<br />

supplied in both the Sty and Nsp GeneChip® <strong>Mapping</strong> <strong>250K</strong> Assay<br />

Kits.<br />
