THERMAL CYCLERS, PLATES AND PLATE SEALS<br />

The <strong>Mapping</strong> <strong>500K</strong> 96-well plate protocol has been optimized using<br />

the following thermal cyclers, reaction plates and adhesive film.<br />

Use only the PCR plate, adhesive film and thermal cyclers listed in<br />

Table 4.1. Using other PCR plates and film that are incompatible<br />

with these thermal cyclers can result in crushed tubes, loss of<br />

sample, or poor results.<br />
