ABOUT THIS APPENDIX
This appendix includes the vendor and part number information for
the reagents, equipment and consumables that have been validated for
use with the GeneChip® Mapping 500K 96-well plate protocol.
Use only the PCR plate, adhesive film and thermal cyclers listed in
Table A.7. Using other PCR plates and film that are incompatible
with the thermal cycler can result in crushed tubes, loss of sample,
or poor results.
