3. Pull tubing off while gently turning the peristaltic pump head.<br />

Discard old tubing.<br />

4. Replace tubing with new peristaltic tubing supplied with the<br />

accessory kit as described below:<br />

A. Attach one end of the new tubing to the fitting on the right at<br />

the top of the pump enclosure.<br />

B. Insert the tubing into the clamp under the fitting without<br />

stretching the portion of the tubing between the fitting and the<br />

clamp. There should be a small amount of slack in that portion<br />

of the tubing.<br />

C. Work the tubing into the pump head while slowly turning the<br />

pump.<br />

D. Insert the free end of the tubing into the other clamp, and<br />

attach it to the other fitting.<br />

E. Close the drop-down module door.<br />

5. Order more replacement tubing (P/N 400110).
