and gang associates to obtain guns.<br />
These findings suggest <strong>the</strong>re is an<br />
active underground market which<br />

impact <strong>of</strong> incidents <strong>of</strong> interpersonal,<br />
historical and intergenerational violence.<br />
Community-level strategies improve <strong>the</strong><br />
social, physical and economic environments.<br />
