WHO’S GOT MOM COVERED
IN FLORIDA?
It’s 9:00 pm and she’s in route to the hospital...
splendidly unique places in the world – Cape Cod and Delray. Let
Kate be your Cape Cod/South Florida Connection.
Imagine having a place to escape to when the weather gets
hot and sticky and sometimes windier than you would like.
June through October are especially delightful on “the Cape.”
Summer temperatures are typically in the high 70s and 80s. It
seldom gets really hot on Cape Cod. In an average year, there’s
just one day of 90-degree weather and the thermometer never
makes it to 100 °F. Well, let’s not jinx ourselves and say never!
If June through October seems like too much of a paradise
vacation, or too long to be away from home, you can always rent
the time you are not there to visitors from around the world.
Then, consider your time a “paid vacation.” There is always high
demand for vacation rentals.
“Cape Cod offers plenty of luxury properties and average
price homes. There are 15 towns on the Cape and each one offers
a different character and there is always something to do,”
said Kate. “In Cape Cod, you don’t have to put your lifestyle on
hold and hide indoors from the hot summer months. Delray
Beach and Cape Cod really offer the best of both worlds!”
2016 metrics such as shrinking inventory, decreasing dayson-market
and higher buyer demand suggest that 2017 may
shift from a buyers’ market to a balanced market so if you are
considering purchasing, “NOW is the time,” said Kate.
Robert Paul Properties, also in Boston, Cambridge and the
South Coast and recognized as the Top Real Estate Brokerage
in MA every year since 2013 by Inc. is a member (by invitation
only) of “The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.”
What does that mean to you? Kate will be happy to recommend
to you, your family or to a friend an excellent Realtor
anywhere in the world, including Palm Beach County. Have
children going to college away from home and are thinking
of purchasing an apartment instead of paying for on campus
living? Kate can help!
Whether you are interested in buying, or renting on Cape Cod
(or anywhere in the world for that matter), you too can have
the best of both worlds. Now is the time to call Cape Cod Kate!
