Born to Move (Ages 3-6)<br />
Combining a motivating and scientifically proven mix of<br />
age-appropriate movement with music, these classes captivate<br />
toddlers and fuel a life long love of physical activity along the way.<br />
Games Galore (Ages 3-6)<br />
Kids keep fit and develop their gross motor skills with these fun, energetic<br />
games that are played with minimal equipment and maximum fun!<br />
Kids Yoga (Ages 3-6)<br />
Combines physical poses to build confidence with<br />
breathing to calm. Refreshes the mind and body!<br />
Monkey Business (Ages 3-6)<br />
Kids will be able to tumble, spin and roll through<br />
different obstacle courses and games as we stay active<br />
and monkey around.<br />
Youth Athletic Club (YAC) Ages 7-11<br />
Geared toward our school aged kids, we will play dodgeball,<br />
kickball, basketball and tons of other playground games.<br />
