Taekwondo is an Olympic sport that anyone can participate in!<br />
It’s one of the BEST types of physical activity for youth and adults.<br />
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that emphasizes kicking techniques.<br />
Translated, Taekwondo means “The way of the foot and fist”.<br />
Taekwondo helps to improve one’s physical strength & balance,<br />
concentration & focus, discipline, respect, and self-confidence.<br />
Our Taekwondo program offers International Certification and<br />
belt testing through the Korean Kukkiwon certification system.<br />
Ages 4 through adults • All abilities welcome<br />
No experience necessary to start<br />
Club Hours: Mon–Fri 5am–10pm; Sat 7am–7pm; Sun 7am–9pm; Individual department hours may differ.<br />
