This h<strong>and</strong>book has been developed by a wide range of humanitarian actors. Initiated by the IASC Taskforce on Gender<br />
in Humanitarian Action, the H<strong>and</strong>book has received technical inputs from the cluster leadership system of the IASC <strong>and</strong><br />
