AcknowleDgements This handbook has been developed by a wide range of humanitarian actors. Initiated by the IASC Taskforce on Gender in Humanitarian Action, the Handbook has received technical inputs from the cluster leadership system of the IASC and a host of gender experts. Through feedback from practitioners in the field on how to make it even more practical and user-friendly, the handbook will be improved over time.
