address. Under Bühner's leadership, this
gourmet haven soon became Restaurant
of the Year, a member of Relais & Châteaux
and a first-class place for his staff to work.
Creativity and skill are very important
here, but so is a sense of team spirit and
belonging. All of which are actively practiced
