Application area<br />

• Chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, mineral oil industry,<br />

process engineering<br />

Product specification<br />

• <strong>Co</strong>mpletely smooth, seamless fluoroplastic lining, therefore optimal<br />

emptying of residual charge and easy cleaning at change of charge.<br />

• Antiadhesive properties of the liner substantially facilitate the transport<br />

of viscous media due to low flow losses. Therefore, the tubing is particularly<br />

suitable for the conveyance of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.<br />

• Liner is physiologically completely safe, it does not contain any<br />

extractable constituents, therefore suitable for especially high-grade /<br />

ultrapure products.<br />

• Liner is absolutely smooth and homogenous, formation of bacteria<br />

nests excluded.<br />

• Jacket is electrically conductive, abrasion-resistant, hardly inflammable<br />

and with textile imprint.<br />

• Very good chemical resistance, resistant to weather and aging.<br />

• Diffusion resistance considerably better than PTFE.<br />

• Outer layers and intermediate layers of the tubing specification are<br />

electrically conductive, all metallic inserts are combined with the<br />

conductive rubber layers.<br />

electrically non-conductive<br />

Jacket: EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber)<br />

• <strong>Co</strong>lour: inside transparent, outside black<br />

• Temperature range: -30 to +100 °C, for a short time +130 °C<br />

• Insert: adhesive rubber compound as intermediate layer, two braided<br />

textile inserts with two crossed copper braids<br />

• <strong>Co</strong>il: stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized (depending on type)<br />

• Jacket and intermediate layer: antistatic (electrically conductive)<br />

• <strong>Co</strong>nductivity: „M“ (DIN <strong>EN</strong> 12115)<br />
