concerning issues of interest and<br />
concern to the local community.<br />
Letters selected for publication<br />
may be edited for length and clarity.<br />
Some letters may serve as a catalyst<br />
for other articles or coverage, and<br />
community leaders and agencies<br />
will be offered an opportunity to<br />
respond to letters concerning their<br />
areas of responsibility.<br />
All letters must be signed and<br />
include a daytime telephone<br />
