Afin de pouvoir bénéficier des prestations proposées par Yelloh!
Village, nous vous demandons de lire attentivement les conditions
générales ci-dessous. Ces conditions régissent les ventes de
séjours et sont valables au moment où la commande est passée.
Le fait de réserver un séjour implique l’adhésion complète à nos
conditions générales.
CONDITIONS DE RÉSERVATION
• La réservation devient effective uniquement avec l’accord
du village, après réception de l’acompte et du contrat de
réservation dûment complété et signé, ou après acceptation
des conditions générales de vente lors de la réservation en
ligne.
• Les réservations ne lient Yelloh! Village, que si Yelloh!
Village les a acceptées, ce que Yelloh! Village est libre de
faire ou de refuser, en fonction de la disponibilité, et d’une
façon générale, de toutes circonstances de nature à nuire à
l’exécution de la réservation effectuée.
• Yelloh! Village propose des séjours à vocation familiale,
au sens traditionnel, les hébergements sont spécialement
conçus à cet effet. Yelloh! Village se réserve le droit de
refuser toute réservation qui serait contraire à ce principe,
ou qui chercherait à le détourner.
• La réservation d’un emplacement de camping ou d’une
location est faite à titre strictement personnel. Vous ne
pouvez en aucun cas sous-louer ni céder votre réservation
sans le consentement préalable du village.
• Les mineurs doivent être accompagnés de leurs parents
ou tuteurs légaux.
Emplacement de camping
Le forfait de base comprend l’emplacement pour la tente,
la caravane ou le camping car pour 1 ou 2 personnes,
l’accès aux sanitaires et aux infrastructures d’accueil. Un
équipement par emplacement.
Location
• Les hébergements locatifs sont équipés. Le forfait de base
est de 2 à 6 places selon le type de locatifs et le village.
• Les campings Yelloh! Village se réservent le droit de refuser
l’accès au village aux groupes ou familles se présentant
avec un nombre de participants supérieur à la capacité de
l’hébergement loué.
FRAIS DE RÉSERVATION
• Yelloh! Village offre les frais de réservation sur les
locations et les emplacements.
TARIFS ET TAXE DE SÉJOUR
• Les prix indiqués sont valables pour la saison 2017. Ils
correspondent à une nuit et s’entendent en euros, TVA
incluse
• Le montant de la taxe de séjour est applicable du 01/04 au
30/09 pour toute personne de 18 ans et plus (0.55 euros
par jour).
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
• Pour les réservations effectuées plus de 30 jours avant le
début du séjour, un acompte de 25 % du prix du montant
des prestations réservées doit être réglé dès la réservation
au village. Le solde doit être payé au plus tard 30 jours
avant la date du début du séjour au village.
• Pour les réservations effectuées moins de 30 jours avant
la date de début du séjour, le règlement intégral doit être
effectué au moment de la réservation au village.
In order to become eligible to use the services provided by
Yelloh! Village, we request that you read the following general
conditions carefully. These conditions govern the sale of
holidays, and take effect from the moment the order is made.
By reserving a holiday, you agree to comply fully with our
general conditions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
• The reservation becomes effective solely with the
agreement of the Village, upon receipt of the deposit and
either upon receipt of the booking contract duly completed
and signed, or upon your agreeing to the general conditions
of sale when booking on-line.
• Yelloh! Village is not bound by bookings unless Yelloh!
Village has accepted them. Yelloh! Village is free to accept
or to refuse bookings, depending on availability, and, in
general, depending on any circumstance that is likely to be
prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Yelloh!
Village offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the
accommodation has been specially designed to this effect.
Yelloh! Village reserves the right to refuse any booking that
might contravene or attempt to pervert this principle.
• Booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is
made strictly on a personal basis. You may not under any
circumstances sub-let or transfer your reservation without the
prior consent of the Village.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal
guardians.
Camping pitches
• The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan
or camper for 1 or 2 people, access to the toilet blocks and to
the residential facilities.
Renting
• The rental accommodation includes equipment. The basic
package is from 2 to 6 places, depending on the type of
accommodation and the Village.
• Yelloh! Village campsites reserve the right to deny access to
the village to groups or families whose number exceeds the
capacity of the accommodation rented.
BOOKING FEES
• Yelloh! Village does not charge booking fees for rented units
and camping pitches.
PRICES AND TOURIST TAX
• The prices indicated are effective for the 2017 season. They
are for one night and are quoted in euros, including VAT.
• The tourist tax is € 0.55 per night and per person over 18
years old.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
• For bookings made over 30 days before the start of the
holiday, a deposit of 25% of the total price of the facilities
reserved must be paid to the Village at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid to the Village, at the latest, by 30
days before the start of the holiday.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of the
start of the holiday, payment must be made in full at the time
C onditions GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE
ANNULATION ET MODIFICATIONS
1. Modification de votre réservation
• Des modifications concernant votre réservation peuvent
être effectuées sans frais, sous réserve de disponibilité.
• En l’absence de message de votre part indiquant un
report de votre date d’arrivée, l’hébergement pourra être
à nouveau disponible à la vente 24 heures après la date
d’arrivée mentionnée sur le contrat, et vous perdrez en
conséquence le bénéfice de votre réservation.
2. Prestations non utilisées
Tout séjour interrompu, ou abrégé (arrivée tardive,
départ anticipé) de votre fait ne pourra donner lieu à un
remboursement.
3. Annulation du fait de Yelloh! Village
En cas d’annulation du fait de Yelloh! Village, sauf en cas
de force majeure, le séjour sera totalement remboursé.
Cette annulation ne pourra cependant pas donner lieu au
versement de dommages et intérêts.
4. Annulation du fait du campeur
Toute annulation d’une réservation doit être effectuée
par écrit (LRAR) auprès de votre Yelloh! Village. Le
remboursement des sommes versées interviendra déduction
faite des montants précisés ci-dessous.
Si l’annulation intervient :
• Plus de 30 jours avant la date de début de séjour :
l’acompte versé sera conservé par le village.
• Moins de 30 jours avant la date de début de séjour : 100
% du montant du séjour sera conservé par le village.
VOTRE SÉJOUR
1. Arrivée
• Jours d’arrivée et de départ libres.
• Hébergements locatifs : Le jour de votre arrivée dans le
Yelloh! Village, vous serez accueilli à partir de 16h00, et
à la remise des clefs de votre location, une caution vous
sera demandée (200€).
• Emplacements : Le jour de votre arrivée dans le Yelloh!
Village, vous serez accueilli à partir de 14h00.
2. Pendant votre séjour
Il appartient au campeur de s’assurer : le village décline
toutes responsabilités en cas de vol, incendie, intempéries,
etc et en cas d’incident relevant de la responsabilité civile du
campeur.
Tous les clients doivent se conformer aux dispositions du
règlement intérieur. Pour des raisons de sécurité et d’hygiène
il est interdit de fumer dans les hébergements.
Chaque locataire en titre est responsable des troubles et
nuisances causées par les personnes qui séjournent avec
lui ou lui rendent visite.
3. Départ
• Emplacements : Il doit être libéré avant midi.
• Hébergements locatifs : Au jour du départ indiqué sur
votre contrat, l’hébergement locatif doit être libéré avant
10 heures du matin. L’hébergement sera rendu en parfait
état de propreté, et l’inventaire pourra être vérifié, tout objet
cassé ou détérioré sera à votre charge, ainsi que la remise
en état des lieux si cela s’avérait nécessaire. La caution
vous sera restituée en fin de séjour déduction faite des
indemnités retenues, sur factures justificatives, pour les
éventuels dégâts constatés par l’état des lieux de sortie.

CANCELLATION AND ALTERATIONS
1. Booking alterations
• Alterations to your booking may be made at no cost, subject
to availability in the same Yelloh! Village.
• In the absence of any notification from you regarding a
change of arrival date, the accommodation may be made
available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date
specified on the contract, and you will consequently forfeit
your booking.
2. Unused facilities
Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early
departure) by you shall not give rise to reimbursement.
3. Cancellation by Yelloh! Village
In the event of cancellation by Yelloh! Village, except in the
case of force majeure, the stay will be reimbursed in full.
This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment of
damages and interest.
4. Cancellation by the camper
Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing
(recorded delivery) to your Yelloh! Village. Reimbursement
of sums aid shall take place after deduction of the amounts
specifi ed below.
If the cancellation occurs :
• Over 30 days before the start of the stay: the prepaid deposit
shall be retained by the Village.
• Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the total cost
of the stay shall be retained by the Village.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival
• On any day
• Rental accommodation : On the day of your arrival in the
Yelloh! Village, you may check in from 4:00 pm, and you will
be required to pay a deposit on being handed the keys to your
accommodation (200€).
• Pitch : On the day of your arrival in the Yelloh! Village, you
may check in from 2:00 pm.
2. During your stay
It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance : the
Village accepts no responsibility in the event of theft, fire,
bad weather, etc., or in the event of any incident concerning
the civil responsibility of the camper. All clients must comply
with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each named
tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused
by persons staying with or visiting him.
3. Departure
• Pitch : On the day of departure specified in your contract, the
pitch must be vacated before midday.
• Rental accommodation : On the day of departure specified
in your contract, the accommodation must be vacated
before 10:00 am. The accommodation shall be left perfectly
clean, and the inventory may be checked. Any breakage or
damage shall be payable by you, along with any repairs to
the premises, if that should prove necessary.
At the end of your stay, the deposit shall be refunded to you

• Hébergements locatifs : Dans le cas où l’hébergement
n’aurait pas été nettoyé avant votre départ, un forfait
nettoyage d’une valeur de 70 € TTC vous sera demandé.
• Pour tout départ retardé, il pourra vous être facturé une
journée supplémentaire au prix de la nuit en vigueur.
ANIMAUX
Les animaux sont acceptés dans certains Yelloh! Village
moyennant une redevance payable lors de votre réservation,
excepté les chiens de 1ère et 2e catégorie. Lorsqu’ils sont
autorisés, ils doivent être tenus en laisse en permanence. Ils
sont interdits aux abords des piscines, dans les commerces
alimentaires et dans les bâtiments. Le carnet de vaccination
pour les chiens et les chats doit être à jour.
LITIGE
En cas de litige, la compétence est déléguée aux tribunaux
implantés sur le lieu de présence du camping.
Toute réclamation éventuelle concernant la non-conformité
des prestations par rapport aux engagements contractuels
doit être signalée par écrit (LRAR) au gestionnaire du village
concerné ou à Yelloh! Village dans les 30 jours suivants la
fin du séjour.
RESPONSABILITÉ DE YELLOH! VILLAGE
Le client reconnaît expressément que Yelloh! Village ne
pourra être tenu responsable, du fait de la communication par
ses partenaires ou par tout tiers d’informations fausses qui
seraient mentionnées dans la brochure ou le site internet de
Yelloh! Village concernant les sites d’accueil, et notamment
les photos de présentation, les qualificatifs, les activités, les
loisirs, les services et les dates de fonctionnement.
Toutes les photos et les textes utilisés dans la brochure ou
sur le site internet de Yelloh! Village sont non contractuels.
Elles n’ont qu’un caractère indicatif.
Il peut advenir que certaines activités et installations
proposées par les villages Yelloh! et indiquées dans le
descriptif figurant dans la brochure soient supprimées,
notamment pour des raisons climatiques ou en cas de force
majeure tels que définis par les tribunaux français.
INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTÉ
Les informations que vous nous communiquez à l’occasion
de votre commande ne seront transmises à aucun tiers. Ces
informations seront considérées par Yelloh! Village comme
étant confidentielles. Elles seront utilisées uniquement par
les services internes de Yelloh! Village, pour le traitement
de votre commande et pour renforcer et personnaliser la
communication et l’offre de services réservés aux clients de
Yelloh! Village en fonction de vos centres d’intérêts.
Conformément à la loi informatique et des libertés du
6 janvier 1978, vous disposez d’un droit d’accès, de
rectification, et d’opposition aux données personnelles vous
concernant. Pour cela il suffit de nous en faire la demande
par courrier à l’adresse suivante en nous indiquant vos nom,
prénom et adresse :

after deduction of compensation retained, on production of
supporting invoices, against possible damage ascertained
during the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit
does not preclude additional compensation in the event of
the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit.
• Rental accommodation : In the event of the accommodation
not having been cleaned before your departure, a fixed
cleaning charge of €70, including taxes, shall be demanded
of you.
• For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an
additional day at the price applicable for that night.
PETS
Pets – apart from Category 1 and 2 dogs (dangerous) – are
admitted in certain Yelloh! Village, for a supplement payable
at the time of booking. When admitted, they must be kept on
a lead at all times. They are prohibited from swimming-pool
areas, in food shops, and in the buildings. Dogs’ and cats’
vaccination certificates must be up to date.
LAWSUITS
In the event of any dispute, competence is assigned to the
campsite’s local court. Any potential complaint concerning
non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual
obligations must be notified in writing (recorded delivery) to
the management of the Village concerned or to Yelloh! Village
within 30 days of the end of the stay.
YELLOH! VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITY
The client acknowledges that Yelloh! Village may not be held
responsible for any false information supplied by its partners
or by any third party that might be specified in the Yelloh!
Village brochure or on its website, concerning the residential
premises, and particularly its photographs, descriptions,
activities, leisure activities, services and dates of operation.
All photographs and text used in the brochure or on the
Yelloh! Village website are non contractual. They are for
information purposes only.
Certain activities and facilities offered by the Yelloh! Village
and specified in the brochure description may be cancelled,
particularly when due to adverse weather conditionsor force
majeure, as defined by French law.
DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES
The information that you provide us with at the time of your
booking will not be transmitted to any third party.
Yelloh! Village shall treat this information as confidential. It
shall be used solely by the Yelloh! Village internal services,
for processing your order and to reinforce and personalise
communication and the services offered to Yelloh! Village
clients concerning your centres of interest.
In accordance with the data protection law of 6 January 1978,
you have the right to access, rectify and challenge personal
data concerning you.
To this purpose, you simply need to write to us at the following

Les frais d’annulation peuvent être couverts par les garanties annulation proposées par le village,
pour un montant de 15 € TTC par séjour pour l’emplacement de camping ou de 3 € TTC par nuit
pour le locatif.
Avant votre départ, si l’un des événements suivants survient :
• maladie grave, accident grave ou encore décès atteignant un membre de votre famille,
• dommages matériels importants atteignant vos biens propres et nécessitant impérativement
votre présence,
• licenciement économique,
• accident ou vol total de votre véhicule et/ou de votre caravane survenant sur le trajet direct
pour se rendre sur le lieu du séjour,
• annulation ou modification des dates de congés par l’employeur.

Should one of the following events occur before your departure:
- serious illness, serious accident or death of a member of your family,
- extensive material damage to your own property rendering your presence absolutely necessary,
- redundancy,
- accident to or total theft of your vehicle and/ or your caravan occurring on your direct route to the
place of stay,
- cancellation or modification of holiday dates
by the employer.

Pendant votre séjour, si l’un des événements ci-dessus survient et vous contraint à interrompre
votre séjour, vous serez remboursé de la somme correspondant à la partie du séjour non
effectuée et déjà facturée par le camping.
En cas de sinistre :
Dans les 24h, avertir le camping par écrit (LRAR), dès que vous avez connaissance d’un
évènement empêchant votre départ. Dans les
48h, avertir l’assureur en apportant la preuve écrite du sinistre.

- 25% of the rental charge in the case of an event occurring between the date of booking and the
30th day before the planned date of taking up use of the facilities.
- 100% of the rental charge in the case of an event occurring less than 31 days before that date.
During your stay :
if one of the above eventualities occurs, compelling you to cut short your stay, you will be refunded
by the sum corresponding to the part of your stay that has not been effected and already charged
for by the campsite.
In case of accident:
Advise the campsite in writing (recorded delivery) within 24 hours, as soon as you know of any
eventuality that will prevent your departure. Within 48 hours, advise the insurance company,
providing written proof of the accident.
