SYnopSIS<br />
Meet cheeky and spirited Zigby, adorably innocent McMeer, and<br />
anxious little Bertie, whose antics are guaranteed to create commotion<br />
in abundance!<br />
The star of the show, Zigby, is a zebra with a lively imagination.<br />
In each episode, he comes up with an off-beat idea he just has to<br />
follow through…and which always lands them in some kind of trouble.<br />
Then it’s up to Zigby to trot them out of trouble again – which he does<br />
in an innovative way.<br />
Imagine the adventures these three friends will take the audience on -<br />
roaming free in a jungle that’s jam-packed with places to explore and<br />
surprises waiting around every corner. Picture the fun and excitement<br />
these three will have with each other and all of their friends.<br />

them out of trouble again – which he does in an innovative way.<br />

France 5, and ZDF (Germany)<br />
STYlE<br />
• Zigby’s smart stories will stretch pre-schoolers imaginations as they join the<br />
charming three characters on their jungle adventures<br />
• Each episode revolves around the utilization of ones’ imagination and pretend<br />
play – critical elements in developing creative thinkers. Many themes incorporate<br />
problem-solving situations that further stimulate the development of critical<br />
thinking skills<br />
• Zigby’s world is a stylized jungle on an isolated island, all adventures the friends<br />
experience are unique to these surroundings<br />
• The setting is an invitation to pre-schooler for adventure with a feeling of comfort<br />
and safety at the same time. The colors are eye catching, the island has all the<br />
elements that children find safe and friendly – Zigby’s house, a play area with<br />
slides and swings – all elements familiar to pre-schoolers.<br />
