edent group – the dental world
For more than 35 years now, the therapeutic concepts of
the bredent group have attracted considerable attention
among dental professionals. bredent develops and manufactures
innovative products and solutions for the daily
work in laboratories and practices. This philosophy is
reflected by the corporate values:
• Efficient
• Partnership
• Trend-setting
In a close symbiotic relationship, the two companies
bredent and bredent medical deal with the markets of
dental techniques or dentistry/implantology. In their
efforts, the emphasis is put on the common aspects of the
two sectors to find the best solutions for the patients.
The approach is confirmed by success. Today the bredent
group is operating successfully in more than 100 countries.
Since it was introduced, the SKY implant system has been
among the fast growing new products. The symbiosis was
put into practice with the SKY fast & fixed therapeutic
concept. By combining medical and dental-technical know-
how, a system could be developed which allows the
fabrication of a fixed restoration in a single day for patients
who are facing edentulousness - a benefit for patients,
laboratories and practices.
With this catalogue we want to demonstrate the competence
of the bredent group in all sectors of implant
prosthetics and provide you with an overview of the entire
product range.

whiteSKY zirconium implants – the future is white
Your patients‘ demands on the aesthetic appearance of prosthetic restorations are growing.
The new tooth-colored whiteSKY zirconium dioxide implant made by bredent medical meets
your patients‘ high expectations on aesthetics. No dark shades will affect the beauty of
the restoration. Perfect results will be achieved even in cases of low gingiva height. Lasting
satisfaction of your patients with whiteSKY implants is ensured and your patients will
recommend you - there is no bigger compliment patients can pay!
A growing number of patients have developed allergies to metals; the whiteSKY zirconium
implant represents a reliable alternative for this group of patients. The absence of metals
protects your patients against undesired adverse reactions.
15
ossceram nano
is a fully synthetic, two-phase calcium phosphate ceramic consisting of 60 % hydroxyapatite
and 40 % ß-tricalcium phosphate. Consequent bone regeneration is achieved by this
mineralogy (structure) and the resulting resorption characteristics.
The high porosity in combination with the nano-structured surface stimulates formation of new
bone.
The nano structure of the surface supports bone formation, which results in perfect conditions
for the apposition of
- serum proteins
- collagen fibers
- osteoblasts
In-vitro studies show that the ossceram particles are colonized by osteoblasts already after a
few days. 60
alveoprotect
is a collagen fleece made of porcine dermis (type I- and type III collagen) which avoids bone
resorption after the extraction.
Mechanism of action
Hemostyptic with short-term barrier function, i.e.
• alveoprotect supports clot formation of the blood
• stabilizes the blood coagulum
• counteracts wound contraction
• protects the wound for 2-4 weeks
• is epithelialized on the surface
• supports formation of new bone
• is entirely reabsorbed
neo.lign functional concepts
Tooth-to-tooth concept
Tooth-to-two-teeth concept
Lingualization
The development of visio.lign was based on natural
teeth. The lifelike design of the veneers was
transferred to the neo.lign denture teeth. Harmony
in perfection - for partial restorations, attachment
work and implant prosthetics.
neo.lign anterior and posterior are perfect
complementary products in the visio.lign veneering
system as far as shade, design and layering are
concerned.
neo.lign A, upper and lower denture teeth neo.lign P, upper and lower denture teeth
neo.lign, the denture tooth for implant and combined restorations - high strength thanks to high-impact technology.
Occlusion concept in which each tooth rests only
on a single antagonist. Defined idealized occlusal
contacts in ICP or centrics. Advantages for full
dentures: increased masticatory stability and
protection of the denture base.
In addition to contact with the main antagonist,
there is contact with the marginal ridges of
the adjacent upper and lower posterior teeth.
Combinations of idealized functional concepts are
frequently found in the natural dentition.
The multi-functional, anatomical occlusal surfaces
of the neo.lign P teeth allow the application of all
occlusion concepts.
In the lingualized occlusion, one cusp of a pair of
teeth is in contact with the antagonist groove and
the marginal ridge. The buccal cusps do not have
anatomical contacts. This occlusion is extremely
rare in the natural dentition but offers static
benefits in full dentures.
novo.lign und neo.lign - the perfect complements
for combined restorations.
CAD/CAM
bredent multiCAD
Data for implant planning from SKYplanX are
transmitted to bredent multiCAD.
To illustrate the structure more clearly, the sectional
view is available.
Upon request, the fully anatomical bridge wax-up
is …
With multiCAD, a web-linked design and service platform
is being created and every participant can decide
when, how and by whom restorations are manufactured.
The use of the multiTOOL allows to integrate all
open systems or investments made so far. And that‘s
not all: bredent helps you to enter the digital future.
Anyone with internet access will have free access to
the multiCAD software. It is an open system that uses
STL data.
If you do not own a scanner or a computer-controlled
milling system, you can use the service of the participants
of the platform. Have your restoration scanned
and complete the design using the scam data you have
received. As a result, you can fulfill the wishes of your
customers and do not need to be afraid that information
that is passed on to third parties might get lost.
Not every laboratory owns a computer-controlled milling
sysytem; that is why laboratories who already own
a scanner will use the platform to have their restorations
milled. And they will also offer their scanning
services.
The use of this platform enables to make better use of
free capacities in laboratories and milling centers.
The sectional view allows to recognize the inner
structures.
