mini 1 SKY FRP (Fixed Reference Point). To ensure exact placement of implants, the mini 1 SKY FRP are inserted prior to implant 

placement. They allow adequate fixation of the scan template, drilling template and the existing restoration in the mouth during 

the planning phase. 

The required depth in the cavity was drilled using 

the Twistdrill from the SKY OP-Tray.

Sie fertigen innerhalb eines Tages mit Hilfe der 

Verblendschalen eine 3-gliedrige Brücke, vom Setup 

bis zur Fertigstellung. 

Auf Basis des bereitgestellten Modells treffen Sie 

eine Auswahl der passenden Verblendschalen 

(Farbe und Form). 

Die über das veneer-up erhaltene Aufstellung im 

Wachs wird mit einem Vorwall verschlüsselt und als 

Basis für die Gerüstmodellation verwendet. 

Die Gerüstmodellation wird dann wahlweise für ein 

Gerüst aus biokompatiblen Kunststoffen Bio XS 

oder EMF (NEM) zum Gießen vorbereitet und 

eingebettet. 

Nach dem Gießen erfolgt die Konditionierung von 

Gerüst und Verblendschalen mit anschließendem 

Verkleben. Dabei können nach Wunsch unterschiedliche 

Techniken Anwendung fi nden. 

Die Fertigstellung erfolgt mit crea.lign, auf die 

Möglichkeit der individuellen Gestaltung der 

Verblendung und die Rot-Weiss-Ästhetik wird 

entsprechend eingegangen. 

Auf das korrekte Polymerisieren und anschließende 

Ausarbeiten sowie Polieren wird besonderer Wert 

gelegt. Unterschiedliche Poliermethoden, praktische 

Tipps und Tricks runden den Kurs ab.
