enablers as part of a proactive strategy in managing user experience in modern IP networks . Applications<br />

such as RADIUS, Diameter, DNS, DHCP, LDAP play a key role in ensuring access <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> network as well<br />

as proper au<strong>the</strong>ntication and charging . When any of <strong>the</strong>se critical functions are behaving improperly, <strong>the</strong><br />
