This session will provide an overview of nGenius Subscriber Intelligence for CDMA2000 Operators . We will
bring you up to date on the features and capabilities of this analysis module in the nGenius Service Assurance
Solution including a presentation of the workflows from both nGenius Performance Manager and nGenius
Service Delivery Manager . We will also discuss the monitoring locations in CDMA2000 networks for optimal
coverage and the information obtained from the xDRs generated by nGenius InfiniStream appliances monitoring
the different links . Attendees will be able to view the different screens including the session summary, session
ladder diagram, error code distribution, and summary details available on a per session basis . Highlights will be
given on analysis techniques by failure code, subscriber, handset and network elements .

This session will provide an overview of nGenius Subscriber Intelligence for GPRS/UMTS/HSPA+ network
operators . We will provide you with an understanding of the features and capabilities and integrated
workflows between different modules in the nGenius Service Assurance Solution . We will also include
a presentation of the monitoring locations from the core to access portions of the network that should
be considered for optimal coverage and to maximize the actionable information obtained from the xDRs
generated by nGenius InfiniStream appliances monitoring the different links . Attendees will be shown the
screens available including the session summary, session ladder diagram, error code distribution, and
summary details available on a per session basis . Highlights will be given on analysis techniques by failure
code, APN, Handset, RNC ID and subscriber .

questions and provide candid feedback to the people responsible for roadmap and vision of our service
assurance solution . We will be soliciting questions and comments both in advance and at the conference
from our user group attendees and addressing those in open forum .
