SILENT AUCTION ITEMS AND PACKAGES<br />
SILENT AUCTION<br />
The Silent <strong>Auction</strong> will open at 6:00 p.m. Silent <strong>Auction</strong> items are<br />

CHECKOUT<br />
Checkout for the Silent and Live <strong>Auction</strong>s will begin after 10:00 p.m. When the start of checkout is<br />
announced, please proceed to the checkout area with your bidder number to pay for Silent and/or Live<br />
<strong>Auction</strong> item(s) you have won. The Events & Fundraising Committee volunteers will do their best to make<br />
checkout run as smoothly as possible. Please be patient with us while you wait.<br />
PAYMENT<br />
Payment is required at checkout.<br />
We will happily take payments in the following forms:<br />
• Visa/MasterCard (3.5% fee applied to all purchases)<br />
• Check (made out to SCPC)<br />
• Cash (ATM available on site, but a fee may be assessed)<br />
LIABILITY POLICY<br />
Everything is sold “as is.” The winning bidder of any item waives any claim for liability<br />
against either the South County Pre-Kindergarten Co-op and/or donors. SCPC and<br />
donors are not responsible for personal injuries or damages to property that may<br />
result from the use of auction items or services.<br />
