(57) Abstract :<br />

The present invention relates to a conversion reagent <strong>and</strong> reagent kit for simple, fast <strong>and</strong> accurate photometric determination <strong>of</strong> the<br />

content <strong>of</strong> haemoglobin (Hb) in blood, in <strong>part</strong>icular human blood. In addition to the conversion reagent the kit comprises also <strong>of</strong><br />
