Multilayer laminated shrink films that have good interlayer adhesion comprise at least three layers, a first layer comprising a polymer
selected from the group consisting of polyamides, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymers and mixtures thereof, a second adhesive layer
consisting essentially of a blend of a functionalized polymer component, an ethylene copolymer component and a tackifier and a third

homopolymers, propylene copolymers, polyesters, polyamides, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonates, and mixtures thereof The adhesive
