(57) Abstract :
An apparatus is described for thermomechanical de-coupling of the housing (1, 2) and stationary part (5, 6, 7) of a rotating machine, in
particular of a dynamoelectric machine. The apparatus is characterized in that it has at least one rotating shell (4), and in that this
apparatus can on the one hand be attached to the housing (1,2) and on the other hand to the stationary part (5, 6,7), such that the
rotating shell extends in the axial direction even in the mounted state. This results in centred bearing, which is stiff against lateral
movement of the sta-tionary part, in particular of the laminated core, while providing little impediment in particular to the thermal
growth of the stationary part.
