(57) Abstract :
The present invention relates to a barge for carrying freight and construction equipment on a body of water, and more particularly, to a
barge with stability and mobility which js stably maintained irrespective of wind and waves by adjustably controlling outriggers
positioned in all directions and in which a progressive direction of the barge is unrestrictedly controlled in all directions by using a
simple method of controlling a direction of a direction changing shaft connected to a propeller. The barge with stability and mobility
according to the present invention, in which a buoyancy body is installed under a deck, comprises: fixing frames which are attached at
front and rear sides of the barge; and a supporting unit in which a mounting plate of an outrigger supporting the barge to be set on a
base rock is connected to each fixing frame so as to become integrated.
