This invention relates generally to the preparation <strong>of</strong> SFRP-4-binding agents <strong>and</strong> uses <strong>of</strong> the same. In <strong>part</strong>icular the present invention<br />

relates to the preparation <strong>of</strong> anti-SFRP-4 antibodies <strong>and</strong> their use for SFRP-4 detection <strong>and</strong> modulation <strong>of</strong> SFRP-4-mediated function.<br />
