The present invention relates to an inorganic, static electric binder composition for use as a texture stabilising element in masses of
organic and/or inorganic particles and also as a filtering mass. One major use of the binder composition is to reclaim arid and hyperarid
deserts and to prevent desertification and the movement and advancement of sand dunes, in other words stopping wind erosion
efficiently. Described is also a method for the preparation of the binder composition and the use thereof.
