<strong>AHP</strong> <strong>MF</strong>-<strong>51</strong> units are axial piston motors of slipper design. Rotor of this pump is driven by shaft<br />
which is supported by 2 roller bearings. Inside of the rotor, there are moving 9, hydrostatically balanced,<br />
pistons parellelly with an axis of rotation. They are slipping on the inclined thrust plate which is placed<br />
inside of the swash plate and this way, the pistons are moving with a straight -line motion.<br />
They create one suction and one pressure stroke per revolution. Fluid direction is performed by<br />
frontal rotational distribution . Single cylinders are joined either with a suction channel or a pressure one of<br />
end cap during a motion of the distributor. Swash plate angle is not possible to regulate continuously. Case<br />
of the motor is produced from an aluminium alloy.<br />
These units are designed for conversion of pressure energy into mechanical one. They can be used<br />
in closed loops of various machines (e.g. road, construction, grading, agricultural, forest, mining etc.) where<br />
is demanded a continuous change of input parameters. The loop has to be designed such way that pump<br />
parameters, which are determined by technical conditions and project of the specific appliction , must not be<br />
exceeded during an operation.<br />

Operation Posion<br />
Operation position is arbitrary. Conditions of installation have to enable disassembly of the pump or its<br />
subgroups avoiding to a disassembly of the important parts of the machine (e.g. engine, gear box, etc.).<br />
Above-Sea Level<br />
The motors can work in arbitrary above-sea level.<br />
Relative Humidity<br />
Relative humidity for without-truble operation of the motors is max. 80 % .<br />
Quality Parameters<br />
Reliability of the motor depends to a greater extent on following :<br />
- correct specification of the units into hydraulic circuit<br />
- following the specified operation and maintenance<br />
- folloving the using of the specified operation fluid and keeping of its temperature and purity<br />
- purity of the components mounted into hydraulic circuit<br />
Reliability Indexes<br />
Reliability Indexes are stated at speed nn=2500 min -1 and pressure pn= 21 MPa.<br />
Following parameters are set down for evaluation of reliability of the motors:<br />
- average period between 2 breakdowns t = 1500 Mh<br />
- average technical life-time up to overhaul repair tžGO = 5000 Mh<br />
