6.1.1 Reaction Wheel Assembly Disturbances<br />

The inputs to the integrated model are the disturbances. The are many possible<br />

sources of disturbances that may impinge on a spacecraft such as TPF. Some are<br />

functions of the environment, such as gravity gradients and solar torque. Other dis-<br />

turbances are from on-board mechanisms such as fast-steering mirrors or thrusters.<br />

Vibrations from the reaction wheel assembly (RWA) are anticipated to be the dom-<br />
