description and an estimated value of all goods and services in this evening’s auction, in
compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993. In most cases, the stated
values for auction items are the donor’s estimates only and are not warranted by the Old Bags
Committee for tax purposes or for general values.
The amount of your purchase that is deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes is limited to the
amount paid over and above the estimated value of the goods and/or services.
Please note: although we have tried to describe every item accurately, all property is sold “as is”
and this charity makes no representation or warranties of any kind or nature with respect to the
item and in no event shall it be responsible for the accuracy nor be deemed to have made any
representation of warranty or description, attribution or condition of the items. There are no
refunds or returns.
