so popular amongst local people that owner Jonathan
Smith has decided to extend his opening hours to
evenings.
This means that diners can now enjoy tempting
Caribbean inspired recipes every Friday and Saturday
evening. Award-winning chef Louis Bailey helped to create
the exciting new menu which brings unique twists to a
selection of classics.
Dishes like Ironshore Jerk Chicken Breast, with its
delicious combination of warm spices, come highly
recommended. The Trinidadian influenced aromatic ginger
and coconut infused Chick Pea Curry is another winner.
There is also a good selection of drinks, including house
red or white wine, spirits, beers and softer choices.
Businesses of all sizes can hire a fully equipped meeting
room with smartboard, video conferencing and free WIFI.
Up to 20 guests can sit comfortably and with corporate
catering on site, all your needs will be met.

address and telephone number. 2. The competition runs from 1 March, 2017 and the closing date is 5pm, 7 April , 2017. No purchase
required. 3. There will be one winner who will be notified by telephone by 28 April, 2017. The winner’s name will be published in the May-
June 2017 edition of Essentially Local. 4. The prize for correctly identifying the missing word in the word search is a meal for two. There is
no cash or alternative prize. The winner must take up the prize offered between 1 May, 2017 and 11 June, 2017, excluding the May bank
